Vehicle History - Rental Office




			VEHICLE HISTORY Records everything that has happened to your vehicles including all rental agreements, accident damage, and maintenance work by vehicle. This module also picks up all the accident damage costs associated with the vehicle. All screens can be printed easily.
			The Vehicle Movements screen, is an easy way to track infringements. The screen shows all Rentals and Non Revenue movements (staff use of vehicles). Missing Kilometres are also highlighted, this shows any descrepancies between RA's or Non Revenue Movements. Dates and times can be easily identified and allows you to investigate further.
