RESERVATIONS

A three part input screen linked to Rentals. Providing agents commission calculation and automatic data input to the rental agreement. A calendar grid is also available showing reservations by style and available vehicles up to seven months into the future.

This module has been designed to anticipate the order of enquiry that would be made in a telephone booking. However it should not be restricted to just phone bookings, as all types of reservations should be recorded, a database is built up to replace your manual log.
Insurance and other sundry items can be recorded at time of booking. The more information you can obtain at time of booking the quicker the rental agreement process is when the vehicle is picked up.
