Rental agreements are computer generated picking up any Reservations information on creation. The system allows for an outgoing rental agreement and invoice to close, although multiple prints are available. Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions can also be printed at the same time as a Rental Agreement. The first screen you will see is the reservations for the day, ready for the renter to check in. In the event of a customer walk up, press the 'vehicle out' button and a new rental agreement can be filled in.
The Source of Rental option allows you to keep a close eye on where your business is coming from, with detailed reports and charts you'll always be kept informed.
